Beauty Fair Albania was born as a response to the lack of a professional fair in the field of cosmetics, beauty and fashion in Albania. As the founder, I, Isida Mollaymeri, with the help of my collaborator Eraldo Rexho, decided to create a completely Albanian beauty fair that would have an international standard. We started with a minimal team of two people and a lot of passion. Despite the efforts to bring one of the well-known international brands such as Cosmoprof or Sephora, we decided to build something unique and authentic. The fair was held for the first time at the Palace of Congresses, bringing together local and international brands, with a maximum commitment to details and aesthetics. Our staff expanded to three people with the joining of Sara Fani, turning the project into a great success that gave Albania a worthy event for the beauty industry. This experience was not only a challenge, but also the realization of a dream.
